Pedicabs took advance teams throughout the city distributing invitations to the grand opening. An interactive public mural was installed within the mall to highlight store location. Grand opening event featured local hip-hop dance group, VIPs and influencers with multiple photo sharing opportunities.

Concepted holiday engagement ideas for store associates and customers. Week long and weekend events included an in-store photo set, a card making station and “jingle jammie day” — a pajama dance party.

Created dimensional backdrops for stores. Associates were supplied with a Santa costume and encouraged to have fun engaging with customers for photo opportunities. Photos could also be mailed as actual postcards by posting to a microsite created by Sew agency. Illustrations by Hattie Stewart.

Created Show Me the Bunny store event, engaging customers over pre-Easter shopping weekend. One prize awarding golden bunny was hidden within each store in addition to gifts for all kids that included coloring sheets, bunny ear hats and stickers.
Collaborated with agency partners to mobilize the bunny with a full size character, bunny truck and event props. Customers could literally follow the bunny online as it went to different flagship store locations.
